Street Bud is an up-and-coming rapper from North Carolina. He made a name for himself as the winner of Season 4 of Lifetime’s The Rap Game. His discography includes the single “Run My Check Up” and the mixtapes Get Cha Mind Right (2016) and Just Practice (2018). He’s currently signed to So So Def Recordings. Street Bud was born Jeremiah on July 30, 2004, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. His mom, Cori, serves as his manager. On the other hand, his dad has been in and out of prison. CAREER
Street Bud started out rapping for fun. According to him, he wasn’t good at sport, and rapping and skateboard were something to do. He began rapping at age 4 and recorded his first song at age 11. Street Bud’s debut mixtape, Get Cha Mind Right, was released in September 2016 by Kidchella Entertainment. It included tracks like “Dabb Down”, “Nah Forreal”, “Fly Kix” and “Steph Curry” featuring 2-Crucial. Street Bud relies heavily on the YouTube platform to share his music. His self-titled channel has 85K+ subscribers and more than 4 million views. He’s also active on Instagram.

Street Bud rose to prominence as the youngest winner on the reality competition series The Rap Game. His season 4 victory earned him a recording contract with So So Def Recordings. He was also blessed with an iced out So So Def chain. The Rap Game was created and hosted by Jermaine Dupri and Queen Latifah. The 4th season ran from November 2017 to February 2018.
