A man wanted on a $50,000 arrest warrant has been found, the Maui Police Department said Friday afternoon.

David Kaanana IV was wanted for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft, criminal property damage and possession of burglar’s tools.

Police had put out a call on March 14 asking for the public’s help in locating the 33-year-old man.

The department did not have information as of Friday afternoon on when and where Kaanana had been located.
