If so, then the answer is NO - you cannot accept the OTA.
Have you frozen/ deleted any apps?
If so, then you shouldn't accept the OTA until you restore those apps.
If the phone is JUST rooted and the bootloader is unlocked, it should probably be safe to accept the OTA, but of course the question is - why didn't you just flash the 4.1.2 stock/rooted ROM? You could use something like Mobile ODIN: http://market.android.com/details?id=eu.chainfire.mobileodin.pro
